Gretchen Snoeyenbos Newman is an Assistant Professor of Infectious Disease at Wayne State University in Detroit. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease.

Dr. Snoeyenbos Newman completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College, working on the history of poliovirus vaccine development. She went to medical school at Emory University and completed her internship and residency there. Her clinical fellowship in Infectious Disease was at the University of Washington.
