Dr. Beth Linas is an infectious disease specialist and research epidemiologist at RTI International. She leads applied public health research to improve health outcomes and quality of life among marginalized, underserved, or understudied communities impacted by substance use disorder. Previous positions include Lead Public Health Specialist with MITRE and Science and Technology Policy Fellow with the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Linas completed postdoctoral training and graduate degrees (PhD, MS) at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and undergraduate studies at Brandeis University (BS, BA).
